"A gang member hunting for rivals to avenge a shooting has been
convicted of killing a 15-year-old high school student who was walking
to football practice.
20-year-old Carlos Espinoza was found guilty
on Monday of first-degree murder, attempted murder and street terrorism
as well as special allegations that he used a firearm and committed the
crimes for the benefit of a gang."
