This week, a 10-year-old boy was walking home from Pine Valley Elementary School when two people started following him in their car, according to a news release from the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office. The pair asked the child, “What’s your name?,” “What’s your address?” and said, “Hey kid, you want some candy?”
