A man from Leavenworth, Kansas, has been sentenced to more than 12 years
for distributing child pornography and ordered to pay $5,000 in
restitution to victims whose photos were distributed on the Internet,
U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said today.

A Shawnee Mission, Kansas, man has been sentenced to 10 years in
federal prison for producing child pornography, U.S. Attorney Barry
Grissom said today.
Steven Miller, 30, Shawnee Mission, Kansas, pleaded guilty to a
charge of producing child pornography. In his plea, he admitted that
investigators found child pornography he produced on computer hard
drives. The photos showed Miller sexually abusing a 3-year-old boy. The
abuse took place in 2003 while Miller was living in Overland Park,
Kansas.
