Rome, GA, Michael Zachary Allmon, 28, of Rome, Georgia, was sentenced today before
United States District Court Judge Robert L. Vining to over 12 years in
prison for distribution of child pornography.
Detroit, MI, Mario Jay Asakevich, 36, of Three Rivers, Michigan, was yesterday sentenced to
life in prison after having pleaded guilty to distributing child
pornography and attempting to entice a minor to engage in unlawful
sexual activity, United States Attorney Barbara L. McQuade announced.
North Hollywood, CA, A North Hollywood man was sentenced today in Los Angeles to 20 years in
prison and lifetime supervised release for his participation in an
international child pornography ring, announced Assistant Attorney
General Lanny A. Breuer of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division,
U.S. Attorney André Birotte, Jr. of the Central District of California
and Assistant Director in Charge Steve Martinez of the FBI’s Los Angeles
Field Office.
