Indianapolis, IN
A Broad Ripple High School teacher was arrested on nine charges of possession of child pornography.
Robert Fowler, 43, was arrested Thursday in Noblesville. His nine charges are all Class D felonies.
Fowler teaches math at Broad Ripple High School.
