A 16-year-old Eastlake High School student was charged Monday for indecent liberties with a 10-year-old girl – and police say he was captured after an alert neighbor took his picture.
It was about 4:15 p.m. May 7 when the girl was getting off the school bus near Northeast 2nd Street and 22nd Avenue Northeast in Sammamish. The girl told police the teen suspect put his hands in her crotch and made a lewd, sexual comment and tightened his grip on her arm.
