U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced today that a federal grand jury in Buffalo has returned a three-count indictment charging Jeremy Otrosinka, 32, of Buffalo, New York, with advertising, receipt, and distribution of child pornography. The charges carry a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison, a maximum penalty of 60 years, and a fine of $250,000.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward H. White, who is handling the case, stated that according to the indictment, the defendant created and administered a website that was a password-protected bulletin board dedicated to the discussion and sharing of child pornography. On this site, members would post links to images and videos of child pornography and post private message discussions regarding child pornography. Otrosinka also sent and received e-mails that attached images and a video of child pornography.

Mark Storemski was living at a motel this summer while going through a divorce. His estranged wife called police after two young family members, an 8-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy, visited him there.

The kids told police that Storemski sexually assaulted them, investigators said. They also said they had seen photographs of other children in the room.

San Francisco, CA
Former city Human Rights Commission staffer Larry Brinkin was booked Thursday morning into San Francisco County Jail on suspicion of distributing child pornography, according to the Sheriff's Department.

Brinkin, 66, was booked at 11:30 a.m. after the district attorney's office issued a warrant containing the charges, said sheriff's spokeswoman Susan Fahey.

Brinkin, a long-time gay rights advocate who worked as a senior contract compliance officer with the rights commission, has been out on bail since he was arrested in June. He was arrested after e-mail attachments allegedly containing child pornography were found on an America Online subscriber's account.

Some of the attachments appeared to show toddlers engaged in sex acts with men, authorities said.

Computers, thumb drives, compact discs, and a cellular telephone, all tools that might have been used in the commission of child pornography, according to the Cortland Police Department.

They've arrested 62 year old Robert Adams of 13 Rosewood Avenue in the city of Cortland.

Kyle Jividen, 30, of the 1800 block of Woodland Circle, Vero Beach, posted $10,000 bail Thursday at the Indian River County Jail.

The Sheriff's Office had been investigating a separate complaint last month involving Jividen when a family member told the detective about the card, the affidavit states. The card contained more than 100 images of girls between ages 5 and 13 in various sexual acts, including some involving men, the Sheriff's Office said.
