Albuquerque, NM
The Belen Middle School students who are accused of plotting a school shooting have a detention hearing Monday.
Police arrested a total of four boys, all 13-years-old and 14-years-old, and say the boys are gang members.
Superintendent Ron Marquez said there were no problems at any of their schools on Friday when the alleged shootout was supposed to happen.
