Former Knox basketball coach Todd Boldry — Stark County Sheriff's OfficeA basketball coach in Indiana has been arrested on charges of sexual misconduct with a child after an illicit affair with a student led to plenty of proof of the relationship after the girl with whom he had slept gave birth to a child.

According to South Bend NBC affiliate WNDU and WKVJ, former Knox (Ind.) High basketball coach and teacher Todd Boldry carried on a sexual relationship with a then-Knox High student beginning in 2007. The news sources claimed that the relationship took place on school grounds, with the 39-year-old allegedly sleeping with the girl, who was 17 at the time, between 2007 and 2009.

Boldry and the teen allegedly used the school's training room for sexual encounters between 2007 and 2009, eventually ending the encounters when the unnamed teenager became pregnant. Court affidavits show that she gave birth to a son in 2010, with subsequent DNA tests confirming that Boldry is the father of the child.

New details emerged Wednesday in the case of a Warsaw middle school teacher charged with a felony for his alleged sexual relationship with a studentPolice say that relationship with a 14-year-old girl started at the end of last school year and continued throughout the summer. 

Warsaw Schools Superintendent Dr. Craig Hintz said 26-year-old Tyler Baatz taught the girl 8th grade English at Edgewood Middle School, which is how they met.  Then, according to police, the two began exchanging text messages with each other with “statements of love and sexual connotations” last spring.

According to court documents, that relationship quickly became physical when Baatz and the girl started “hugging and kissing on several occasions” in his classroom during summer school.

Tokio, ND
U.S. Attorney Timothy Q. Purdon announced that on August 27, 2012, Allen H. Demarce, Sr. of Tokio, North Dakota, was sentenced before U.S. District Judge Ralph R. Erickson on a charge of child abuse and neglect in Indian Country.

Demarce, Sr., 29, pleaded guilty on June 1, 2012, to assaulting a 2-year-old child by striking him with an open hand, resulting in bodily injury to the child’s face, arms, and back. The incident occurred in March of 2011 on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation.

Special Agent in Charge Brian D. Lamkin announces, on behalf of the Northwest Georgia Crimes Against Children Task Force, the following arrest: Brad Jones, 27 years old, of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, was arrested without incident on Wednesday, August 15, 2012, in Ringgold, Georgia by agents and officers from the FBI-led Safe Child Task Force after he traveled there to meet a minor child for purposes of having sex.

Jones came to the attention of law enforcement over the Internet wherein he began a series of “chats” with undercover agents/officers regarding his desire to have sex with a minor child.
Jones was transported and processed at the Catoosa County Detention Center on state charges of attempted child molestation and violation of the Computer Pornography Act.

Lamkin announces, on behalf of the Northwest Georgia Crimes Against Children Task Force, the following arrest: Trey Allen, 20 years old, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, was arrested without incident on Saturday, August 18, 2012, in Ringgold, Georgia by agents and officers from the FBI-led Safe Child Task Force after he traveled there to meet a minor child for purposes of having sex.

Allen came to the attention of law enforcement over the Internet wherein he began a series of “chats” with undercover agents/officers regarding his desire to have sex with a minor child.
Allen was transported and processed at the Catoosa County Detention Center on state charges of attempted child molestation and violation of the Computer Pornography Act.

Banther came to the attention of law enforcement over the Internet wherein he began a series of “chats” with undercover agents/officers regarding his desire to have sex with a minor child.
Banther was thereafter transported and processed at the Catoosa County Detention Center on state charges of attempted child molestation and violation of the Computer Pornography Act.

Lamkin announces, on behalf of the Northwest Georgia Crimes Against Children Task Force, the following arrest: Robert Murphy, 45 years old, of Cleveland, Tennessee, was arrested without incident on Saturday, August 18, 2012, in Ringgold, Georgia by agents and officers from the FBI-led Safe Child Task Force after he traveled there to meet a minor child for purposes of having sex.

Murphy came to the attention of law enforcement over the Internet wherein he began a series of “chats” with undercover agents/officers regarding his desire to have sex with a minor child.
Murphy was transported and processed at the Catoosa County Detention Center on state charges of attempted child molestation and violation of the Computer Pornography Act.
