A janitor at a California elementary
school has been accused of installing a camera in a stall in a women's
restroom, possibly enabling him to record both women and girls at the
school.
KTLA reports 24-year-old Angel Rojas was arrested for allegedly
installing the camera at Glenn L. Martin Elementary School in Santa Ana.
He then allegedly directed staff and students at the school to use that
restroom.
