Fishers, IN
Fishers Police Department is asking residents to keep a careful eye
on children after a parent reported that a man approached her child.
The
woman told police around 7:15 p.m. Friday that a man had just
approached her 8-year-old daughter in the 13000 block of United Drive,
near 136th Street and Brooks School Road.
When the man approached
in a vehicle, the girl was playing in a driveway. The mother heard the
man yell at the child, trying to lure her to his vehicle. Police say the
mother escorted the child inside and called 911.
