Philadelphia, PA
In the 2011 school year, there were 52 fights, 10 incidents of
bullying and 26 reports of offensive touching, which the district
defines as intentionally touching another person with part of the body
or with any instrument, causing offense or alarm to the other person.
There
was also one case of possession of a dangerous weapon during commission
of a felony and two incidents where students were caught with a knife
on the bus.
