Police are asking for assistance in identifying a man who allegedly tried to kidnap a 12-year-old girl on July 11.
The
girl told officers she was in the Dollar Tree at 1517 Glenn School Road
around 10:30 a.m. July 11 when a man approached her and spoke to her in
Spanish. She ignored him and he then spoke to her again and grabbed her
by her wrist. She was able to pull her arm away, injuring her wrist,
and run.

made headlines across the nation has been resolved with an arrest.
The Philadelphia abduction suspect was arrested Wednesday after
turning himself in to authorities, according to a source with knowledge
of the investigation.
The man gave himself up Wednesday, according to the source, after his
image was plastered across the internet and news programs due to
security camera footage that recorded the attempted abduction.
