Watertown, OH
City police patrols were alerted at 12:24 p.m. Monday to a black car,
possibly a Mustang, in which a black motorist was alleged to have
attempted an abduction of a young girl near Ohio School.
The man
in the car is said to have offered the child money to get into his
vehicle. The initial report indicated she ran to East Hills Apartments
and told an adult, who called 911. But after an officer investigated,
police were led to believe the incident may have occurred Sunday.
