A Franklin Township teacher is facing seven felony charges of causing a child to view sexual activity, according to court documents from Wisconsin.
Bob Roach, a teacher at Middle School East, was in the Marion County Jail Wednesday on warrants out of Wisconsin. The school placed him on leave.
An undercover officer
started an online relationship with Roach, pretending to be a
15-year-old girl, according to court documents. Roach’s online
conversations with who he thought was a teenage girl were detailed in the Wisconsin court documents. The conversations got particularly sexual.
On multiple occasions, Roach used a webcam to show the undercover officer his genitalia, including times when he was touching himself, court documents said.
