According to a release from the US Attorney's Office, Deneault, a Level 2 sex offender, had been previously convicted of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14.

Deneault was arrested at his Mansfield home last Wednesday morning. It is alleged that Deneault received child pornography from a Canadian company on several occasions between June 2008 and February 2011.

Jackson, MS
An employee at the Mississippi State Fair was arrested after deputies said he had child pornography on his phone, the Hinds County Sheriff's Department said.

The management of the Penn's booth at the fairgrounds called the Sheriff's Department about 1 p.m. Tuesday and turned over a phone that contained a video of a young girl having sex with a grown man, along with other pornographic pictures involving underage subjects, investigators said. It was not known how the employee got the phone.

Investigators determined that the phone belonged to 33-year-old Christopher A. Gadvilus, of Illinois, Capt. Joseph Daughtry said.

When a deputy made contact with Gadvilus, he asked if he had lost his phone. Gadvilus said yes, and he was then arrested and charged with possession of child pornography, the Sheriff's Department said.

Parsippany, NJ
A 39-year-old unemployed man from the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsippany-Troy Hills was arraigned today in federal court after being charged with possessing more than 46,000 images of child sexual abuse on his computer and other electronic devices, including 983 images that involved infants or toddlers and 783 images involving sadomasochistic abuse, authorities said.

Grapevine, TX
The Grapevine police officer who was arrested Tuesday on child pornography charges is the single father of a child, officials confirmed Wednesday.

Sgt. Philip Woolery, 46 is accused of purchasing sexually explicit DVDs over the Internet and having them mailed to his home in Crowley.

Child Protective Services spokeswoman Marissa Gonzales said the agency has taken custody of Woolery's child and is trying to place the child with relatives.

"We would definitely interview the child and try to confirm that there was no abuse in the home," Gonzales said.

A 17-year veteran of the Grapevine Police Department, Woolery was arrested on suspicion of receiving explicit material in the mail that contained "lewd and lascivious depictions of minors."
