A 14-year old student was charged with aggravated assault for grabbing a classmate by her hair, throwing her to the ground, and punching her. Her victim suffered a broken nose and a concussion.
The attacker pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of assault and battery.
A third student who recorded the fight on a cell phone and posted it on social media was not charged.

Student punches officer, destroys school property
College Station, TX
A call was made from the Rudder High School Adaptve Behavior Department about a student who was out of control.
The police officer arrived and attempted to stop the student. Without warning, the student punched the officer just under the jaw.
