Peoria, Arizona
Authorities say five people, children and adults, were taken to a
Phoenix-area hospital after a chain-reaction accident involving a loaded
school bus whose brakes apparently failed.
Three students were transported for minor injuries.
Regular maintenance is performed on U.S. school buses, but things like this still happen.
