The Clearwater Police began investigating Eric Antunes, 29, after receiving a tip that he possessed child pornography.
After searching his phone and computer, police said they found pictures of Antunes performing oral sex on his girlfriend's three-legged dog Ruby, the Tampa Bay Times reported.
In a strange twist, the prosecution won't be able to charge Antunes with bestiality because the Florida law does not include oral sex.
It was only last year that the Florida legislature finally passed a law banning bestiality.
