A 14-year-old Evanston Township High School student has been charged with
criminal sexual assault after police allege he forced a 15-year-old
girl at the school to engage in a sex act against her will in a
stairwell there, authorities said today.
Typically, incidents like this are a result of flawed supervision. However, they were discovered by a school safety officer, and those of a criminal bent are prone to conduct their activities where there is little supervision.
