Police are investigating after a receiving a report of a suspicious man in Glendale, Missouri.
Sergeant Bob Catlett with the Glendale Police Department says the
report came from an 11-year-old girl who says she was approached by an
unknown man driving a red pickup truck.
The girl was walking home on North Sappington Road at Nancy Carol Lane when a red Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck, driven by a white man in his 40s, pulled up to the intersection and told the girl, "Hey, come here."
The girl told him no, and he told her, "It's okay."
The girl ran to a nearby home and called 911.
