Barboursville School, a residential facility for seriously emotionally disturbed students, was allegedly the scene of a sexual assault by the school nurse, against one of the students.
The police were made aware of the situation when complaints were filed against the student for waving a gun and threatening to kill the nurse's ex-husband. Subsequent interviews with the student and the nurse led to charges being filed.

High school senior expelled for making terroristic threats

A 17-year old student at Traip Academy in Kittery, MA, made threats to kill students and teachers. Several of his frightened classmates reported him to the school's administrators.
He was quickly removed from class, and the police were called. They got a search warrant for the boy's home, where they found a knife and several other pieces of evidence.
The student has been expelled.

Oklahoma Teen Arrested in School Shooting Plot
Bartlesville, OK
A Bartlesville High School student is in custody on charges he plotted to bomb and shoot students at the campus auditorium. This occurred on the same day that 28 people were shot and killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut.
Sammie Eaglebear Chavez tried to convince other students to help him lure students into the auditorium, chain the doors shut and start shooting. Chavez threatened to kill students who didn't help. He also planned to detonate bombs at the doors as police arrived.
Chavez was arrested 4:30 a.m. Friday after the police learned of the plot Thursday.
