Two Elementary Boys Will Stand Trial For Murder Conspiracy

Ft. Colville, WA
Two students, ten and an eleven year old, at Fort Colville Elementary were arrested after they brought a .45cal handgun with a full clip onto a school bus.  Their intent was to use the handgun to keep anyone from interfering with their plan to rape and stab to death a female classmate.

They had written out a step-by-step plan.  She was selected as the target because "she's rude and always made fun of me and my friends."

The eleven-year old told the police, "I was going to kill her with the knife and [10-year-old] was supposed to use the gun to keep anyone from trying to stop me or mess up our plan."

The prosecutor determined that the rape was not intended as a display of sexual desire, but as a means of displaying power.

A judge ruled that both boys were emotionally mature to understand what they were doing, and the case is proceeding to trial.

The charge carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, or both.

Fast Horse was indicted by a federal grand jury for the charge on March 13, 2012. The conviction stems from an incident that took place on or about between December 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010, in which Fast Horse sexually abused the victim.

These images were sent via e-mail by a person named Campbell living in Manchester, England. Campbell was molesting a 4-year-old girl and trading the pictures with people on a Russian photo sharing site, including Gevock. In e-mails recovered during the Interpol investigation, Gevock wrote that he would “love to trade pics” with Campbell. Campbell then sent an e-mail with six images of child pornography attached. 5 Teens Charged in Philadelphia with Raping Girl, 12

Police in Philadelphia say they have arrested five teenagers accused of raping a 12-year-old girl at a busy recreation center.

Authorities wouldn't identify the suspects because they are juveniles, all 14 or 15 years old. Police said Thursday that the teens have been charged with rape, simple assault and other offenses.

The girl told police she was approached Monday night by several boys who started talking to her at a city recreation center in the Kingsessing neighborhood.

Investigators say the boys then lured the girl to an upstairs stairwell and attacked her.

The rec center was busy that night with line dancing and basketball. Police say a staff member went to the stairwell after seeing several boys running from the area and found the distraught girl.
